We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated JIRA Developer / Architect to design, build, and configure applications that optimize business processes and meet application requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA, and will play a key role in strategic planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products tailored to customer needs.
- Act as SME for Atlassian tools, especially JIRA, JSM, JWM, and Confluence.
- Build, customize, and support JIRA workflows and strategic planning initiatives.
- Configure and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, add-ons, and modules.
- Develop customized dashboards for JIRA to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.
