Well established Bay Area General Contractor is looking to a for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is primarily REMOTE with some periodic onsite meetings and events. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction payroll (certified payroll) and be local to the Bay Area. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000to $130,000 per year.
Job Description :
- Full cycle payroll for Admin and Union employees (weekly)
- Weekly HSA payments
- Analyzing data to ensure accuracy
- Union fringes
- Review benefit invoices, prepare check requests and ensure payment
- 401K administration (safe harbor contributions, pension contributions, annual 401k)
- Workers Comp calculations
- LCP Tracker / Certified Payrolls
- UCIP / OCIP reporting
- Payroll-related account reconciliations
