Gastroenterology in SE Alabama - Partnership Track with Top 5% National Earnings

Join an independent, physician-owned gastroenterology group offering high income, strong support, and genuine autonomy. Built on transparency and collaboration with no private equity influence, this is an opportunity to build your career on your own terms while enjoying top-tier compensation and lifestyle balance.

Highlights

  • Compensation : $500K-$550K guaranteed; partners earn $845K-$1.6M annually plus $339K+ ASC distributions.
  • Schedule : 4-5 days per week with half-day Fridays; call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year.
  • Support : Two NPs per physician for scribing, administrative, and patient care support, plus experienced nurses and techs.
  • Facilities : ASC ownership with in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology.
  • Partnership : Track in 1-2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10K buy-in.
  • Perks : $15K relocation assistance, 20 PTO days, 5 CME days with $3,500 stipend, and up to $76K annual 401K / profit sharing.
