Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collector I to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Establish repayment behaviors and develop payment plans while ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment agreements

Achieve department KPIs for customer interactions and identify improvement opportunities in collections processes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of collections, recovery, or sales experience

Call center experience

High School Diploma or GED

Experience contributing to policies and procedures

Proven track record of achieving metric and quality performance
