[job_card.job_description]Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consistently delivering high-quality services while adhering to project schedules and budgets. Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding project progress and effectively manage their expectations. Stay informed about industry trends relevant to your clients’ businesses. Inspire and manage diverse engagement teams, providing feedback and mentoring junior consultants. Identify business development opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships. Assist in implementing EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions that drive success. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by effective communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience. At least five years of experience delivering consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Familiarity with contemporary EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle Planning, OneStream, or similar tools. A robust analytical mindset with a proven ability to convert business challenges into actionable solutions. A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
