That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short we're looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics – Nurture, to play a key role in improving lead-to-sale conversion through customer communications. This role will focus on analyzing and optimizing performance across email, SMS, outbound calls, and retail sales interactions. You'll develop measurement strategies, conduct advanced testing, and partner with marketing, sales, and BI teams to generate insights that drive stronger conversion and customer engagement.

In long, the Senior Analyst of Marketing Analytics is responsible for :

• Analyzing customer communications performance across email, phone, SMS, and retail sales channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Designing and executing A / B and multivariate tests to optimize communication strategies.
• Building and maintaining reporting that connects CRM and marketing data to conversion outcomes.
• Partnering with marketing, sales, and support teams to recommend improvements to customer journeys.
• Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Contributing subject matter expertise in nurture analytics and helping advance measurement practices within the team.

Killer analytical and reporting abilities . You'll need the capability to analyze data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings.

Strategic thinker. We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future oriented, open-minded and proactive approach to thinking.

Intellectual curiosity. Why? What? How? Do you find yourself always wanting to learn more and broaden your knowledge base? If so, this could be the role for you.

The Specifics.

A quantitative degree in either; economics, finance, analytics, math, engineering, computer science.

3+ years experience in an analytics capacity

Willingness to go above and beyond what might be expected.

Proficient in Snowflake, SQL, Python, and data visualization.

Experience with email analytics, call center sales analytics, and retail analytics is a major plus.

Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and conversion metrics.
