CT Technologist / CT Tech - (Sign on Bonus & Relocation Assistance Offered)

Job Title: CT Technologist Job Summary:

To operate CT scanners, obtaining diagnostic images of specified body parts as requested. The technologist must be able to produce quality images to present to the radiologist for interpretation and function independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets patients and verifies their information.
• Takes patient history and reviews procedure orders.
• Explains procedures to patients and addresses concerns.
• Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Positions patients, scans, and archives procedures according to protocol.
• Administers contrast media and medications as necessary.
• Completes work efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Assists coworkers and physicians as needed.
• Ensures patient and personnel safety during procedures.

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment operation.
• Patient positioning skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience.

Education:

Required Education:

• Graduation from ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology school.

Certifications & Licensure:

Required:

• ARRT Certification
• Ohio License as Radiographer
• BLS (American Heart Association)

• 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• 9:00 am - 7:30 pm
• 10:30 am - 9:00 pm (x3)
• 12:30 pm - 11:00 pm (x3)
• 2:30 pm - 1:00 am (x3)
