Manager of Collection Strategy

A company is looking for a Manager, Collection Strategy & Audit Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, focusing on collections and minimizing bad debt

Develop and implement collections strategies, utilizing technology for efficient account management

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations while overseeing litigation activities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in collections or revenue cycle management, preferably in commercial insurance

7+ years of leadership experience in collections or litigation operations

Extensive experience managing third-party collection vendors and overseeing litigation processes

Deep understanding of the premium billing cycle and Workers' Compensation regulations

Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with insurance billing systems and ERP platforms
