Western Express freight brokers manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, high-energy, and rewarding environment. In this role, you will work from our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Nashville alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. You will identify opportunities to maximize revenue while partnering with other lines of business to deliver optimal transportation solutions for our customers.

Compensation: Target earnings range from $60,000$90,000 annually, based on performance-driven incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Oversee and coordinate customers' transportation needs
• Negotiate freight rates while driving rapid and sustainable growth
• Monitor and track shipment requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service levels
• Conduct frequent outbound and inbound calls to support and expand client accounts

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Prior sales or management experience is a plus

• 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
