Loan Servicing Representative II

We are currently hiring for a Loan Servicing Representative II with a Fortune 100 Financial Services company in Des Moines, IA. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) supporting critical loan servicing and shipping operations.

This position plays an important role in ensuring loan disclosures and documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll work with a collaborative team that reviews and processes loan files, helping the organization meet strict regulatory deadlines and avoid costly penalties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and ship loan-related documents accurately and on time

· Review and update loan data in internal systems

· Match disclosures and letters to ensure accuracy before mailing

· Support mailbox and shipping workflows tied to loan servicing

· Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Comfortable working with office systems and databases

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Prior experience or coursework in finance, business, or operations is a plus (not required)

· Motivated recent graduates with some work or internship experience encouraged to apply
