A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to perform transactional activities supporting customer service, sales operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and evaluate order quantities
Process customer complaints and track incidents using the Tracking Incident Complaint System (TICS)
Facilitate the creation of new finished goods items and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
1-2 years' experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
1-2 years' experience working with ERP, Portals, and other Data Encoding and Interchange software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
