We are looking for Daily Claims Adjusters to assist with residential and commercial property claims across the Southwest region. This role is ideal for adjusters seeking steady assignments and the flexibility of independent work.

What You'll Do:

- Inspect and assess property damage, including wind, hail, and fire-related losses.

- Document findings with detailed reports and high-quality photos.

- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.

- Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and carriers professionally and effectively.

- Manage claims efficiently to meet deadlines and carrier expectations.

What We're Looking For:

- Licensing: Must hold an active adjuster license in applicable Southwest states.

- Technology Skills: Familiarity with Xactimate or Symbility.

- Equipment: Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools.

- Work Ethic: Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Availability: Must be able to respond to assignments promptly and meet reporting deadlines.
