Our client is a commercial general contractor in the Kansas City Metro area that specializes in building multifamily projects. They currently have over $200M in contracts and are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Job Description

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid potential project delays or issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to promote collaboration and success.
