A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Program Analyst to provide Tier support and expertise in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier-2 functional issues and user inquiries related to PeopleSoft HRConnect
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and solutions
Document functional requirements, issue root causes, resolutions, and system changes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of Tier support experience
Minimum of 2 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Technical understanding to connect technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in issue tracking, testing coordination, and functional documentation
Bachelor's degree
