Job Title : Billing / Customer Service (will train the right candidate)

Company / Location : Avtec Finishing / New Hope MN

Shift : 6a - 3p M-Th + 6a - Noon F

Pay : $25.00 / hour (DOQ)

Signing Bonus : $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)

We are looking for a candidate that has a high degree of attention to detail , organized , and can follow established billing processes to meet customer and company standards. It is a fast paced environment.  Billing  is the main focus.  Contact with customers occurs when there are billing questions.  Billing can get complicated, as each customer's needs are different.  Good attendance is critical.

What You'll Do :

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the go-to liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group. You’ll work closely with our sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure every request is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurate and timely billing; reconcile sales orders and invoices
  • Provide support to outside sales reps with customer updates, quality issues, and new opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams on special handling or shipping requirements.
  • Research and resolve customer credits and complaints.
  • Cross-train in order entry, shipping, quoting, and expediting.
  • Contribute to a culture of dependability, teamwork, and customer-first service.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Education / Experience : High school diploma or GED (preferred), strong computer / data entry skills, previous billing  and customer service experience.
  • Skills : Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills; ability to stay professional with diverse personalities. Must be able to work as a team and follow established billing processes.
  • Dependability : Reliable attendance is essential — we need team members we can count on!
  • Physical Requirements : Able to lift and move 1–50 lbs. as needed.
  • Language : Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
  • Citizenship : Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US
