Position Overview

We are currently hiring Virtual Client Travel Advisors to assist clients with planning, booking, and managing customized travel experiences. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy client service, travel planning, and working independently in a digital environment.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. Multiple positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals

• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Create customized travel itineraries and provide destination recommendations

• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, updates, and schedule changes

• Manage client inquiries, modifications, and cancellations

• Maintain accurate booking documentation and client records

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and policy updates

• Strong communication and customer service skills
