Compensation

Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Position Summary

Summary:
The Laboratory Outreach Accessioner is responsible for assuring that all specimens arriving in the Laboratory from off-site facilities are properly identified, registered in the Hospital registration system and requisitioned properly in the Laboratory LIS system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience And Skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• Knowledge of Keyboard and Computer Skills

License/Certifications
