Key Responsibilities

• Lead with impact Youll directly impact store success as you oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met
• Drive brand presentation Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephoras brand and drive sales
• Support client experience Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals
• Coach and develop Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
