Vehicle Title Processor – Full Time (On‑Site)

Location: On-site | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming title issues via email, text, and phone, ensuring timely and thorough responses.
• Own title‑related cases from initial inquiry through resolution, escalating when needed.
• Process and verify vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and marketability.
• Receive and manage incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Review and distribute titles to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and create documents required for title marketability.
• Sort titles by VIN and send to the correct buying dealer.
• Upload title documentation after verification for accuracy.
• Work with agencies, customers, and lienholders to resolve title discrepancies and follow up promptly.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing or a closely related automotive administrative role.
• Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve title issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers, buyers, dealerships, or agencies in an automotive setting.
• Experience sending titles to buying dealers and resolving escalated title concerns.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
