Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including scheduling and assigning orientation courses, preparing welcome packets, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Clearly explain company HR policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees and job applicants.
- Manage electronic employee packets, onboarding documentation, and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities, including weekly and monthly updates.
- Ensure all onboarding practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns to foster a positive onboarding experience.
- Input new hire credentials into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and generate necessary reports.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding process based on feedback from new hires and internal stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on results.
- Capable of maintaining effective interactions and productivity in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
- Ability to develop and assess alternative solutions to problems and select the most effective course of action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in English (read, speak, and write) is required.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, and Internet research.
