Position : Systems Engineer

Location : Remote

Position Type : Full-Time

Work Authorization : US citizen or any Higher Clearance.

Specific Job Responsibilities :

Design, develop, support, and maintain enterprise-level systems infrastructure.

Integrate and manage hardware / software monitoring tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor system and network performance; proactively recommend and implement improvements.

Provide end-user support for infrastructure-related technical issues.

Regularly update and maintain system documentation to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

Ensure LAN, WAN, and Internet systems are fully operational and secure.

Conduct performance testing on websites and internal systems to prevent interruptions.

Support modeling, analysis, and planning of network / data communications.

Administer network security and perform system maintenance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure enhancements and configurations.

Required Qualifications / Skills :

3–5 years of experience in systems or network engineering (Journeyman Level).

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted infrastructure environments.

Experience configuring and supporting LAN / WAN / Internet systems.

Familiarity with monitoring system performance and troubleshooting.

Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision on complex tasks.

Experience administering network security and supporting end users.

Understanding of infrastructure-related tools and systems.
