Position Overview
We're seeking Litigation Attorneys for the Personal Injury Litigation Division, based in Mesa, AZ. Ideal candidates should have experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice, with strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. You’ll be expected to uphold core values and provide excellent legal representation.

Key Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar License
• Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Trial and deposition experience
• Proficient in legal research (Lexis/Westlaw)
• Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Professional Conduct
• Ability to travel for work
• Experience in ADR, motion practice, and trials
• Commitment to the firm's core values and focus on client care
