Current BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR

EMR REQUIRED- EPIC

RTO MUST be included at time of submission

OR RN

Shift : Variable day shift 12s, 8s, and 10s. Call required.

Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.

Pediatric experience preferred.

Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required

NICOTINE FREE FACILITY must be tested with drug screen.

RTO must be on coversheet.

CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical / religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine
