Summary

Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an enthusiastic and bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to our firm and is the first point of contact for potential clients. Key Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Conduct intake interviews to gather information and assess case potential.
• Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed.
• Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process.
• Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks.

Benefits and Additional Information

This role is full-time and is on-site at our New York City office in downtown Manhattan. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm.

Pay Range

$35,000 - $40,000 annually, depending on experience
