Volvo Cars of Brooklyn is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Valet Supervisor to assist with the management of daily Service Drive operations at our dealership in Brooklyn New York.

This position plays a key role in maintaining safety, service quality, and efficiency while supervising attendants and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in building strong teams and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily operations and staff performance to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinating scheduling, filling shift vacancies, and ensuring Service location open and close on time.
• Conducting daily safety reviews and maintaining a clean, professional work environment.
• Enforcing company policies and administering corrective actions when necessary.
• Providing consistent communication and updates to management regarding operations and staffing.
• Mentoring and training employees, promoting professional development and team engagement.
• Maintaining strong client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and recommending improvements.
• Preparing and submitting shift logs, reports, and time/attendance records accurately and on time.
• Supporting managers with payroll, scheduling, and operational reporting.

Qualifications include:

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older.
