YOUR DAY AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER

Envision yourself as the linchpin of customer satisfaction at Prestige Auto Works every Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your role as an Automotive Service Writer involves warmly greeting customers, attentively addressing their vehicle concerns, and translating their needs into detailed service orders with precision. Coordinating seamlessly with our skilled technicians, you order necessary parts promptly, ensuring a streamlined workflow. Your day is punctuated by exceptional phone skills, efficiently handling inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. By maintaining meticulous service records, you contribute to our commitment to excellence, leaving our valued customers consistently delighted with our outstanding service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You might be a good fit for this role if you meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Writer
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
