Seasonal Tax Professional

TMS Financial is currently looking to hire a full-time Seasonal Tax Professional for our Green Bay office.

In this role you will :

  • Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns
  • Provide tax planning services
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Successfully manage your time to meet client turnaround and filing deadlines
  • Stay informed on tax law and relevant regulatory updates
  • Perform tax research
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive, best-in-class service
  • Prepare communications pertaining to tax notices

The ideal candidate will have :

  • CPA or EA designation (preferred by not required)
  • Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, and Tax software packages

    • Experience with Drake Tax Software a plus

  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax legislation
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Motivated, Team Player Attitude
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
