High-Volume Automotive Store Manager - Earn Six Figures!

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Automotive Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth. Uncapped Earning Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $150K annually.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Team: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Delight Customers: Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
• Drive Sales: Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency. Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for sales and customer service
• A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED
• Proficient in computer software applications (, Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).
