The billing assistant will provide support in the day-to-day tasks for the billing team and will report to the billing supervisor. This position will be involved with the invoicing process, reporting, and database maintenance.

essential job functions and responsibilities:

• review and assign incoming emails in jointly held mailboxes.
• process client contracts, amendments, po's, etc.
• assist in the invoicing process, including write offs, transfers, and obtaining approvals from case teams.
• review and maintain various spreadsheets and databases.
• create and update various reports.
• assist with special projects/requests.

qualifications:

• associate's degree required. bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• strong computer skills, with working knowledge of all microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook, teams, etc.) required.
• demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. effectively listens to requests.

analysis group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. the estimated salary range for this position is $55,000$65,000. compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level. this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus that is determined in large part by individual performance. to learn more about our benefit offerings, click here.
