A company is looking for a Learning Supervisor to lead and support a team of Learning Specialists within the contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workflow and responsibilities of Learning Specialists, providing guidance and support
Assist with administrative duties, performance management, and adherence to training standards
Ensure new hire training objectives are met and track progress to identify skill gaps
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in call center training or learning and development
1+ years of supervisory and leadership experience
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
