Senior Salesforce Platform Developer with Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

Ahava Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Salesforce Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing

Omni scripts, custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components

to extend Salesforce functionality in a

Salesforce Government Cloud Plus Public Sector Solutions (PSS) environment .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions

using

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder .

Extend Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework , including :

Public Sector Solutions data model, Omniscript, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures

Implement security best practices , including

data encryption, identity and access management , and compliance with

industry standards and regulations .

Collaborate with the security team

to address vulnerabilities and implement necessary safeguards.

Conduct security assessments

and implement

Salesforce Shield

to meet

data privacy requirements .

Ensure platform solutions adhere to compliance standards such as :

HIPAA

Develop integrations

between

Salesforce and On-Premise SQL / Azure SQL environments .

Utilize Salesforce Connect, SOAP / REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, and Chatter APIs

for seamless data exchange.

Implement version control

using

Git

and maintain robust DevOps pipelines with

Copado CI / CD .

Work closely with architects

to ensure solutions align with the overall platform architecture.

Utilize DevOps tools

such as

Copado

for

continuous integration and deployment .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to gather business requirements and develop customized solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance

to junior developers and team members.

Document technical specifications and best practices

to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience :

5-8 years

of Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools , including :

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder

Public Sector Solutions (PSS) framework (Omniscript, FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures)

Salesforce Connect, SOAP / REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, and outbound messaging integrations

Version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (Copado CI / CD)

Expertise in security best practices , including data encryption and compliance (HIPAA, IRS Pub 1075)

Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required) .
