Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop a new reporting framework 8.0 / 9.0 Blazor and other modern Microsoft technologies.

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM / Agile environment.

Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated withOracledatabases.

Develop scalable and high-performance financial system solutions ensuring seamless database integration usingOracle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the DevOps team to maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines and automation processes.

Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the existing legacy project ensuring alignment with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

A seasoned Software Development Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) demonstrating expertise in :

Microsoft Technologies & Database Systems

Proficient 8.0 / 9.0 Blazor C# and Visual Studio with a strong grasp of modern design principles.

Advanced knowledge ofOracledatabase management including PL / SQL development stored procedure optimization and performance tuning for complex systems.

Advanced proficiency in SAS programming.

Agile & DevOps Practices

Skilled in adopting SCRUM / Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.

Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI / CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies.

Version Control & Data Engineering

Proficient in Bitbucket for version control.

Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and reporting frameworks.

Problem Solving & Collaboration
