We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our team and oversee clinical operations across multiple facilities.

Job Summary: The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance across our nursing homes within the designated region. This role involves strategic planning, staff development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, leadership, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing home facilities within the region.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.

• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and quality assurance programs.

• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development.

• Collaborate with facility administrators and directors of nursing to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess and improve clinical operations.

• Address and resolve any clinical issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
