Multi-Unit General Manager – Boston, MA – Up to $150k

The Role

  • Lead and manage multiple concepts within the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and mentor management teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment
  • Drive revenue growth, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
  • Uphold brand standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and curate a dynamic food and cultural experience

What they are looking for

  • Proven experience in high-volume, $10M+ restaurants; multi-unit experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, cost control, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Experience with Gotab, Toast, 7 Shifts, Triple Seat, Resy, OpenTable, Eventbrite is a plus
  • Proven track record of training, developing internal teams, and driving sales growth
  • Experience managing large-scale beverage programs and ensuring compliance with liquor, labor, and health regulations
