Pay Range: $65 - $71 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to act as a bridge between IT and business units, focusing on developing functional specifications for digital projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing software requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing, and supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the collaboration between cross-functional teams to refine user and functional requirements.
• Document business needs in partnership with UI/UX designers for digital project outcomes.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and technical designs meet these requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, define closure strategies, and manage project estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop models, diagrams, and user scenarios for use in user acceptance testing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with Qlik Sense
• Experience in creating Software Requirements Specifications.
• Strong ability in creating User Stories for digital solutions.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in digital project management within the IT sector is crucial. Knowledge of web technologies and software development methodologies specific to digital solutions is preferred.
