Production Team Lead - 2nd shift

We are a successful custom materials and automotive services company looking for an outgoing Team Lead to assist the 2nd shift manager, help motivate and inspire our growing crew and make us even better. In this vital hands-on role, you'll support our ongoing growth and ensure safety and product quality to maximize production efficiency while fostering a positive team culture. Work Schedule - 2nd shift Hours 4 : 30pm to 3 : 00am Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday night hours to meet our customer demands.
