Proven experience in supporting internal business systems or system implementations. Excellent problem-solving, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous work in the biotech industry is highly desirable. Experience in a SOX regulated IT environment is necessary.

Contract Type : W2 / C2C
Location : San Francisco, CA (#LI-Onsite)
Duration : 6+ months (Possible extension)
Pay Range : $55-$60 / hr on w2 or C2C
Job Summary :
A cloud-first organization, is seeking a Contract Business Systems Analyst to optimize their financial systems, focusing initially on procurement enhancements to empower business teams. The successful candidate will manage application improvements, support daily operations, and ensure system compliance and efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, this role is instrumental in maintaining and scaling our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the IT liaison for Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
- Perform configurations and troubleshooting for legal, procurement, and financial systems.
- Support and implement changes in Agiloft, Coupa, and NetSuite including testing, optimization, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain system integrations for Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- Analyze user requirements to automate / improve systems and manage the work of contract service providers for timely issue resolution.
