What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies if required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior within the location.

Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or client contacts as directed.

Document all patrols, incidents, and relevant activities accurately and in a timely manner according to Allied Universal procedures.

Work collaboratively with location staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and assist during emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

This position is primarily a driving post, which is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
