• Human Resources Business Partner, an integral position within our Administration Department.

• Key Responsibilities Advocate for employees, serving as a consultative advisor to both peers and leadership on HR practices.
• Engage and consult with management for staffing projections and assist in designing proactive staffing plans with support from the HR recruiting team.
• Facilitate the implementation of HR policies, ensuring adherence to legal requirements while aligning with business objectives.
• Provide consultative advice on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Family Medical Leave, ADA, FLSA, and other regulations.
• Participate in manager and department meetings to stay informed and provide HR expertise on projects and issues.
• Serve as mediator for resolving employee difficulties, grievances, and implementing solutions.
• Support team collaboration to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Possibly manage staff, overseeing performance assessments and supporting professional development initiatives.
• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of HR experience is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of HR experience within a healthcare or similar setting is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification, or SPHR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management practices, including employee relations, workforce planning, and coaching.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse management levels and communities.
• Exemplary communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation are required.
