Experience : Previous professional experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is required. Diagnostic Proficiency : Strong mechanical knowledge with a specific talent for diagnosing electrical and driveability issues. Technical Savvy : A deep understanding of automotive repair processes, including alignment and powertrain systems. Mindset : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The Money & The Perks
- Base Pay : $30 - $40 per Hour (Guaranteed hourly rate).
- Production Bonus : Earn extra on top of your hourly rate based on performance.
