Compensation :
$125,500 - $285,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every step.Utilize our cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to enhance your sales strategies.Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continually improve your skills.Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and opportunities.Manage your schedule effectively to balance client meetings, showings, and personal time efficiently.Qualifications :
Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing our training and mentorship opportunities.Comfortable using technology and marketing tools to enhance sales strategies.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.Ability to conduct market research and stay informed about real estate trends in the Dallas-Plano-Irving, TX area.About Company
