Green Transportation is looking for professional and motivated Team Drivers to join our dynamic fleet. As a Team Driver OTR CDL-A Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods while providing excellent service to our customers. Position Overview :

Location : Frequent travel to and from delivery locations; base at our Holland, Michigan terminal

Pay : Experienced drivers averaging $1,700 - $1,900 / week per driver (Mileage rate based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 for established teams

Schedule : Typically leaves out Saturday or Sunday, home by Thursday or Friday with a weekly 34-hour reset at home

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum Qualifications :

Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer

US Citizenship required

Ability to operate a tractor-trailer for up to 14 hours / day

Compensation & Benefits :

Mileage rates based on experience

$60 per outbound delivery stop and $40 per pick / drop inbound after the first pick-up

Detention pay : $20 / hour after 2.5 hours for outbound and $10 / hour after 5 hours for inbound

Additional $200 for two-day deliveries with planned layovers

Full-time exempt position with benefits and paid time off

Weekly rotation to guarantee a 34-hour home reset
