Position : CNC Machinist / Programmer – Wax Injection Mold Specialist

Location : SE Portland, OR

Pay : $25–$30+ / hour (DOE)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

We’re a specialized job shop serving the aerospace , medical, defense, and manufacturing industries , known for our high standards, attention to detail, and consistent quality. Our team values long-term relationships, performance-driven rewards, and a secure work environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Program and operate CNC machines to create Wax Injection Molds
  • Use Mastercam to design programs
  • Work primarily with 7075 aluminum
  • Operate 3-axis Haas machines (experience with 4 or 5 axis a plus)
  • Support high-quality production across various industries
  • Skilled in Programming using Mastercam 2025

    • What You Need to Have :

    The Musts :

  • Minimum 8+ years of CNC machining and program design experience
  • Proficiency with Mastercam
  • Experience with Haas CNC equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

    • Preferred :

  • Experience with Mastercam 2025 and Haas Machines with 7075 Aluminium
  • Background in mold making or precision job shop environments
  • Roughly 10 years experience Programming CNC Machines
