We are seeking a poised, service-driven Customer Service Representative / Receptionist who understands that excellence in veterinary care begins at the front desk.
What You'll Do

• Serve as the first and final impression of the hospital
• Provide a polished, client-centered experience in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage multi-line phones
• Support seamless patient flow through strong communication with medical staff
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Maintain organized, detailed medical records
• Offer empathy and professionalism during both routine and emotionally sensitive visits

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience (veterinary preferred)
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other small animals
