HealthPro Heritage has a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity located in the Emporia, KS area.

• This opportunity allows for flexibility of scheduling, opportunity to lead an area, as well as options to increase caseload as needed.
• Setting : Provide home health to the senior population in their homes as well as ALF / ILF facilities.
• Coverage area needs include : Emporia, Cottonwood Falls, Council Grove, Hartford, Burlington, and Gridley areas.
• Open to Part-Time and PRN options.
• Earnings around $92k annually.
