A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to oversee email marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build A / B tests, formulate lead generation strategies, and deploy email campaigns to enhance customer engagement
Maintain and enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies for various shows and events
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or sports-related industries
Experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar ESP is strongly preferred
Familiarity with GA4 and email performance reporting tools
