Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with shared services teams to identify and propose business process changes

Drive focused decisions and deliver actionable recommendations for assigned projects

Define requirements, build process documents, and plan for change management activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Experience applying business process redesign principles in an HR organization

Capability to define business requirements and document complex process flows using LucidChart

ServiceNow and KnowledgeBase implementation experience is a plus

Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing dynamics
