Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems

Identify and analyze user requirements and procedures to enhance existing processes

Perform detailed analysis on projects, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Project management experience preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
