About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated Sr Sales professionals with expertise in engaging Immunologists, Gastroenterologists, Rare Disease specialists and select Oncology therapeutic areas . The role focuses on driving sales of innovative and high-value biotechnological Drugs with a strong emphasis on rare and high-cost treatment markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists).
- Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively.
- Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts.
- Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies.Strong background in biotechnological Drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments .Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology, gastroenterology, oncology, and rare diseases.Proven ability to navigate public and private institutions effectively.Benefits & Recognition
