Are you passionate about helping people protect what matters most? Farmers Office in Temecula, California, is looking for a friendly and dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. We believe in fostering genuine connections with our clients, acting as their trusted advisors for all their insurance needs.

BASE PAY + COMMISSION

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on policy options, coverage, and benefits.
  • Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes and proposals.
  • Service existing accounts, including policy changes and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to office success.

Requirements

  • California Property & Casualty OR Personal Lines Insurance License (required)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
